Congratulations Are In Order!
We congratulate our St. Paul Cafeteria Staff for again achieving a PERFECT 100 on the recent Madison County Health Department inspection of our cafeteria and facility. A sincere appreciation for your dedication and for a job well done!
Students may buy their lunch at school or bring their lunch from home. Milk is part of the lunch program and may be purchased separately by those who bring their lunch. St. Paul Catholic School discourages students from drinking soda or eating fast-food for lunch.
Juice will only be offered in place of milk for a student who is allergic to milk. A
doctor’s note confirming the student’s allergy to milk must be kept on file in the School Cafeteria and School Office.
Paying For Lunch
It's not necessary for a parent to have to remember to send lunch money with their child every morning. Our lunch system is set up so that each student's lunch fees are accrued and can be paid conveniently once a month!
Lunch Assistance
As participants in the National School Hot Lunch Program, we are able to offer free or reduced lunches to those who qualify. (Information about free/reduced lunches will be sent home on the first day of school or is available at any time from the school office.) An application must be completed in order to be considered for this program.
Cafeteria Behavior
Lunch is a time of relaxation. It is most beneficial if it is eaten in a calm, orderly atmosphere.
» Students are asked to wait quietly in line.
» When seated, students may talk quietly.
» Students should remain seated until their grade is dismissed.
» Loud talking and boisterous activity should be reserved for outside recess.
» Any student who consistently shows a lack of manners and/or is deliberately discourteous in the lunchroom will be required to bring his/her lunch, and arrangements will be made for the student to eat under close supervision.
