Academics
New textbooks and supplemental materials were purchased in four
subject areas this year! Many are available in CD format which makes
it easier for students to transport from school to home. Our textbook
review cycle is on track as we enter the review stage for a new
Reading series for next year. |

All-school Masses are held on Fridays |
|
| In addition to new textbooks, St. Paul School is staying on the
cutting-edge of technology. New computers were purchased for the
lab, and "United Streaming" was made available in all
classrooms. It allows each teacher to pull up information onto the
classroom television from the computer that relates to the subject
they are teaching. For example, if a lecture in science is teaching
about the life cycle of a frog, the students can watch a 2-3 minute
video reinforcing the subject! |
Our Learning Center
St. Paul School has a Learning Center Specialist on staff for student
support. Our Learning Center is available to students at regularly
scheduled times or on an "as-needed" basis. The teacher
keeps in close contact with classroom teachers as well as parents,
concerning the needs and progress of the students. |
Faith
In addition to offering a fine curriculum, the students' daily activities
are centered around the Catholic Faith. The students worship together
on Fridays by attending an All-School Mass. Students plan and take
part in the Liturgy. |
