| Monday
- "In Our Faculty, Staff, and Volunteers" Gifts for the faculty and staff will be distributed. Parents are asked to send their notes of appreciation and thanks to the teachers and staff today. We will honor our faithful teachers, staff, and volunteers at a morning coffee in the teacher’s lounge. Donuts will be served as we thank them for their service to our school. Students and teachers will "trade dress" today. Students will dress professionally like their teachers (or business attire) and teachers will wear dress code! |
||
| Tuesday
- "In Our Community" Teachers will bring in home baked cookies for our Magic Mentor Match Businesses. Cookie trays will be delivered to the various businesses to show how much we appreciate their support to our school. In addition, prayer cards that the students have made will be delivered to St. Joseph’s Hospital reminding patients that we are praying for them. Thank you notes to parish members will be displayed at the Catholic Schools Week Mass on Saturday, the 26th. Students will wear dress code. |
||
| Wednesday
- "In Our Student" Students will enjoy a day of bowling, movies, and games. Busses will run throughout the day taking the students to the bowling alley and back to classrooms where teachers have prepared a day of fun for our students! You work hard, kids, you deserve a day of fun!! Students may wear St. Paul Spirit Wear shirts with jeans today and will have no homework tonight. Students in grades 6-8 will attend Mater Dei High School for Mass in the morning. |
||
| Thursday
- "In Our Vocations" A luncheon is provided in honor of our Priests and the Sisters from St. Joseph’s Hospital. Cards of thanks made by our students and faculty will be presented as a sign of our appreciation for their great works. Parents cover teachers’ duties on this day so that the teachers may enjoy the luncheon as well. Students will wear dress code. |
||
| Friday
- "In Our Nation" This morning, following the All-School Mass, students will recite the last decade of the Rosary praying for peace in our nation and in the world. (Students will pray a decade in their homerooms each day this week.) Collections during Mass will be for the Holy Childhood Association (HCA). Our annual Mission Carnival, “Winter Wonderland” theme, will be held in the afternoon from 12:45-2:45. All money raised will be sent to the missions including HCA.
